Alternatively, I am very familiar with the Midtown Villiage area of Wilkes-Barre and a joint like Shinjiru Ramen moving in is, I believe, a good thing. I mean, in the history of the world, has having more ramen as opposed to less ramen ever been bad? For anyone? I think not.
