Popular downtown Wilkes-Barre restaurant debuts a new seasonal menu…
The Burnt Norton (Wilkes-Barre) has just announced its new Spring menu. Beginning today, the popular downtown restaurant and cafe will offer new dishes and signature drinks. According to the announcement on Facebook, the Spring menu will be “filled with bright, seasonal flavors”.
In addition to the new food and drink offerings, the restaurant recently completed a renovation that gives the eatery an expanded seating area. There’s so much more room for activities!
For those not familiar, The Burnt Norton opened last Summer in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Owner Dezarae Sabecky (who also owned and operated the now-shuttered Looking Glass Cafe) has featured a rotating seasonal menu of gourmet pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and salads since the restaurant opened its doors.
The Burnt Norton | Spring Menu 2025…
Below is the full Burnt Norton Spring menu, featuring new breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, along with a refreshed beverage selection. Take a look:

As one skims over this new menu, it’s impossible not to notice the creativity that’s gone into these new dishes. That’s especially true of the pizza offerings. A tour across the 570 will turn up countless pizzerias, but you most likely won’t find any of the creations from The Burnt Norton’s Spring menu in any of those other places.
Should you find yourself anywhere near the Wilkes-Barre downtown in the near future, I’d recommend making it a point to stop into The Burnt Norton to give this new menu a try. In full disclosure, I haven’t yet sampled any of the new offerings, but I’ll be damn sure to get my grubby little fingers on one of the Blackberry Bacon pizzas and a Duchess sandwich as soon as possible.
